The company top management team who will be responsible for its assets management. The Company shall reach it maximum requirements if the proposed leaders below perform their assigned responsibility accordingly.

Isaac Mintah

Isaac Mintah – Managing Director

The Managing Director, will organize the business, finance and multimedia services and also meeting the producer and other senior staff to examine project ideas by drawing up project schedule and estimating cost of hiring crew and contractors, and negotiating rates of remuneration costs and approving the booking of resources, equipment and suppliers

Overseeing location bookings and arranging any necessary permissions and risk assessments

Making sure that the production runs according to schedule, and report to the producers on progress

Managing the production schedule and budget of the team, dealing with any problems making sure that insurance, health and safety rules, copyright laws and union agreements are followed.

Prior the mission statement of the Company, we shall recruit individuals with fundamental education, at least Senior High School graduate would be highly considered.

Moreover, the team members who will manage this company will have extensive knowledge in regard to the business objective to run the company successfully.


Maxwell Ayitey-Kpoh – Marketing Manager

He oversees the creation and planning of marketing campaigns for the company and also liaise with Distributors, film studios, filmmaker’s other clients and customers who will be dealing with our company.

  • Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.
  • Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
  • Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services, working with advertising and promotion managers.
  • Direct the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of marketing and sales staff and oversee their daily activities.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and distributors to manage product distribution, establishing distribution networks and developing distribution strategies.
  • Consult with product development personnel on product specifications such as design, color, and packaging.
  • Compile lists describing product or service offerings.
  • Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends.

Francis Ofori – Business Development Officer

Moreover, the team members who will manage this company will have extensive knowledge in regard to the business objective to run the company successfully.

Business Development Officer for the company and be responsible for filming script preparations. He will

also, be responsible for identifying sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts. Communicating new product developments to prospective clients. Overseeing the development of marketing literature. Writing reports.

Diana Mensah – Business Administrator

Business Administrator for the company, she will be working in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Respond to pressures, which may arise from our clients. Some of her typical responsibilities shall include:

  • Developing marketing plans that suit client needs and objectives.
  • Implementing marketing plans using social media, websites and other  multimedia tools
  • Managing the e-commerce sections of clients’ websites
  • Creating multimedia products that serve the branding and promotional interests of the employer or client
  • Representing the interests of the client or employer to the public
  • Launching media campaigns and composing press releases
  • To keep up-to-date with social media trends and competitor activity, providing monthly reports and recommendations to the Managing Director, Marketing Manager and Business Development Officer
  • To assist in filming and editing interviews and short promotional videos, covering events and promoting our business.


He oversees all the communications aspects of the company, below are his main responsibilities.

Print and e-communications

  • Co-ordinating, editing and drafting text for the termly Bulletin of forthcoming news and events relating to the Society and geography. The Bulletin is produced three times a year and has high production values.
  • Editing and drafting the ‘In Society’ section of news about the Society for inclusion in Geographical magazine produced once a month by contracted external publishers.
  • Editing media-related materials for inclusion on our website, including media releases in the Press Room’ section.
  • Supporting the Director in editing the Annual Review, a report on all the Society’s work, published in April each year.
  • Contributing copy to the monthly e-update for Fellows and members.
  • Monthly and annual internal reports on media and other activities, and on media coverage for specific events and launches (including the annual conference) as appropriate.


  • Commissioning internally, and drafting, regular proactive media initiatives including media releases, comment pieces, and letters to editors ensuring balance across the Society’s activities.
  • Managing day to day press liaison with key organizations and journalists with whom we work on a regular basis.
  • Managing and logging daily press enquiries of the Society, responding or forwarding for response as appropriate.
  • On-going media monitoring and advising appropriate staff of relevant stories; and publication of a regular ‘news roundup’ email.
  • Maintaining and updating a database of media contacts. Furthering good relations with key journalists, particularly environment and education correspondents.
  • Assisting with any other aspects of the Society’s media work as directed by the Head of Public Engagement and Communications.

 PR and liaison

  • Assisting the Programmers team with the publication and distribution of their events listings statement to appropriate media.
  • Liaising with prospective documentary makers who are seeking ideas, contacts and venues for forthcoming projects.
  • Assessing and overseeing photographers and film crews seeking to use the Society’s premises or to create collaborations with the Society.
  • Overseeing the Society’s hired photographers and taking basic photographs of events using the Society’s camera (photography training available).
  • Sourcing pictures and images for Society publications (such as the Bulletin and Annual Review) and our website. Other activities
  • Working with the Head of Public Engagement and Communications, and Website Editor, to implement the Society’s overall communications strategy, particularly through forward planning activities.
